Barr. Oshilaja’s Death, A Great Loss To Us  -Iperu Youths

Youths in Iperu-Remo, Ogun State, under the auspices of Iperu Youth Development Association (IpYDA), have described the death of Barrister Babatunde Oshilaja, as a great loss to the youths in the community, Remoland, Ogun State and Nigeria in general.

The youth who also described late Oshilaja as a patriot, voice for the masses, lover of youths and community defender, said the vacuum created by his departure cannot be filled in a jiffy.

The Iperu Youth in an E-statement issued by it’s Public Relations Officer, Comrade  Azeez Akinbowale, on behalf of the President of the Association, Comrade Ahmed Ganiu, commisirates with the families, friends and entire community members of Iperu over the death of a barrister, patriot, voice of the mass, lover of youth and community defender,  Barrister Babatunde Oshilaja.

In a statement released by the president of the youth association, Comrade Ahmed Ganiu, through the public relations officer, further described the lawyer’s death as a ‘big shock and a collosal loss’, to the entire youths and Iperu community.

“Barrister Babatunde Oshilaja is a man of honor, dignity, community defender, in whom has utilized his wealth of professionalism for liberation and defense of his community from the shackles of community compromise.

“As someone with zeal of patriotism and mentor to the youth or younger ones in the community. Barrister Oshilaja’s death is a big blow to us and the entire community, as his tracks of records in defence of the community can never be undermine. Part of his patriotic roles played in defending the community land  for the Gateway Cargo Airport claimed to belongs to a neighbor community. 

“Barrister took a bold steps to give necessary back up to the community, not losing out what belongs to them. The death a big  shock on our face and a collosal loss to the entire community in this dire time we need a defense and legal man like him.

“On behalf of the entire youths in Iperu and great people of Iperu, I commiserate with family, friends associates, Idarika community and entire community members of Iperu. It’s our prayer, may God  give the family and entire people of Akesan land the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss”, the statement read. 

Late Barrister Babatunde Oshilaja of Babatunde Oshilaja & Co., passed on last Thursday, after a brief illness, and has since been buried According to Islamic rites.
